HEB Calf Scramble
County 4-H or FFA Scramble Nomination Form

The performance dates for the HEB Calf Scramble will be January 8 & 9, and January 15 & 16,
2010, 7:00 p.m. at the Ector County Coliseum. Contestants will number 20 per night and is open
to bona fide 4-H and FFA members. Contestants and alternates will be give one (1) rodeo ticket
the night of the scramble they participate in.
A MINOR’S RELEASE WILL BE REQUIRED!
General Rules are as follows:
(1) A contestant must be at least 13 year of age prior to January 1, 2010 and must not have
reached their 18th birthday prior to January 1, 2010 and must not be enrolled beyond
their junior year in high school.
(2) Must be enrolled in public or private school.
(3) Must be willing (1st place only) and able to use certificate of purchase for the purchase
of an animal to be shown in the SandHills Stock Show in 2011.
(4) Must meet academic requirements to participate.
(5) A contestant CANNOT scramble under both 4-H and FFA.
(6) We also suggest each participant’s maximum weight should not be less than 100
pounds and they should be in top physical condition.
1st Place - $400.00 (to be used toward a purchase of an animal to be shown at the SandHills Stock
Show 2001)
2nd- 10th Place – will receive gift certificates to be redeemed at HEB
